A federal judge in Hawaii issued an extension on his order blocking President Trumps travel ban hours after hearing arguments Wednesday.
Hawaii contends the travel ban discriminates against Muslims and hurts the states tourist-dependent economy. State Attorney General Douglas Chin argued that the bans implied message is like a neon sign flashing Muslim ban, Muslim ban that the government did not bother to turn off.
Extending the temporary order until the state's lawsuit was resolved would ensure the constitutional rights of Muslim citizens across the U.S. are vindicated after "repeated stops and starts of the last two months," the state has said.
The Trump administration had asked Judge Derrick Watson, a federal judge in Hawaii, to narrow his ruling to cover only the part of the presidents executive order that suspends new visas for people from six Muslim-

Well, I can understand that. I can’t imagine the disaster if all those rich Somalians and Syrians didn’t show up in Hawaii to spend their money.
If Muslims don’t have to obey the law, why do any of us?
You have no idea how much I am willing. Problem is, what about my job? I can do those kinds of things and remain employed. I would miss work...and if I did not miss work, my supervisor would find a way to fire because they would NOT agree with what I would be doing. Found that out in the public schools after many years. Stood up for what was right and no one was willing to go after school board members, the superintendent nor the principal to get them off of my back. People get the kind of government they deserve.

There are way too many snakes slithering around. The only thing I can figure is DJT is he’s employing the “J.R.” strategy....i.e. “Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer”.
>>how an entire country of infinite bureaucracy ruling over 300+ million people can be brought to its knees by the single opinion of one individual, a government servant no less.

It is not the way our gov’t was set up to be. These activist judges are operating outside the Constitution, and no one has ever brought them to heel since Andrew Jackson.
Is there a difference between Naturalization and UnNaturalization?
Someone explain to me why the judge that chooses to override the EO overrides judges on the same level that rule it is valid?
This will end as soon as we get our SCJ appointed.
Can a country be unnaturalized? Does the Constitution permit UnNaturalization via the “uniform rule of Naturalization”
Impeachment might happen. Conviction and removal is tougher.
Judicial harassment!
Pubbies fear the loss of a few votes more than loss of their country.
