This vague allegation against Russia & Putin in particular needs to be assessed in the context that Russia has morphed under Putin into something very different than it was from the Bolshevik Revolution until the 1990s. In what is almost certainly the single most important issue of our times, Putin understands the importance of preserving the ethnic cultures of the world's peoples.
Any Russian Government today, which would just passively accept the idea of America's self-destructing in favor of a globalist humanist/collectivist world order, would be as treasonous to Russian interests as the Clinton/Obama cabal is treasonous to our interests.
