What in the hell is going on with all this belligerence toward Russia all of the sudden? Who's pushing this?

Russia is one of the few nations left that does not have a Rothschild controlled central bank. Until the are brought under control they will be "our" enemy.

Do these people actually WANT a shooting war with Russia?

They would much prefer to bring Russia into their NWO without a shooting war. They specialize in creating and supporting internal opposition until they get what they want. Russia's nuclear weapons are a major problem for them.

Unfortunately, that’s not how the world works.

They make a ton of money off lending money to buy weapons from companies they own (plus the interest). They don’t care about human life one bit.
