CHUCK SCHUMER LOSES IT! – GOES OFF on Trump Supporter at NYC Restaurant

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., caused a scene at a Manhattan restaurant when he began yelling at a wealthy and well-connected Donald Trump supporter that the POTUS is “a liar.”

He was dining with friends when he encountered Joseph A. Califano Jr. — the former U.S. secretary of health, education and welfare under President Jimmy Carter and domestic policy adviser to President Lyndon B. Johnson — and his wife, Hilary, who were having a quiet dinner.

Onlookers said Schumer was incensed that Hilary — the daughter of William S. Paley, the founder and chairman of CBS — had voted for Trump, even though her husband, Joseph, is a well-known Democrat.

One witness said of the restaurant rant, “They are a highly respected couple, and Schumer made a scene, yelling, ‘She voted for Trump!’ The Califanos left the restaurant, but Schumer followed them outside.”

On the sidewalk, Schumer carried on with his fantastical filibuster: “ ‘How could you vote for Trump? He’s a liar!’ He kept repeating, ‘He’s a liar!’ ”

I am not sure that it is a setback. Trump knows that the bill would only have transferred ownership of obamacare to himself, that it would thenceforth be known far and wide as Trumpcare and it would be every bit the disaster that already is obamacare. I don't think he would have "supported" if did he not know that it would not pass. I think he is doing a job on Mr. Ryan. He can't order the House Republicans to fire him but he can nudge him into some humiliations that just might convince the Republicans that they need this guy gone. His opposition in the House consists of almost all of the Republicans and all of the Democrats. All but one of the Republicans in the House voted for Ryan to be Speaker. They knew what he is. They wanted him. What more evidence is necessary to understand that Trump has essentially no allies in the Congress. They are all effectively Democrats and none of the nominal Republicans are even in the top circles of the Party. They are the Junior Varsity division of the Party.

Hard to believe that a Democrat Senator would follow him out of a restaurant and scream at him.

Really? I mean, really? Call the police because a well known politician gets verbally terse with a former politician? Did they not take it outside so the restaurant did not have to call them? I would wager the police would buy tickets to see the 86 year old deck the pompous blowhard. Then the report would be that the blowhard was walking away while looking back emitting expletives when a light pole didn’t get out of his way..
