Consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds.
Or something like that.

Posturing for a deal on future Ginsberg replacement.
Dems can’t possibly be stupid enough to filibuster Gorsuch.

Could it be that they support him after learning he is an Episcopalian?

Lockstepped minority opposition.
The GOP must be so damn envious, they miss those days so much. Sigh.

All of a sudden the demorats are talking about "balance on the court". It seems that was never a concern of the demorats for decades. In fact, the court was anything
but balanced.

Un-freakin-believable! Republicans are such losers. Get in gear and move the agenda forward.

Senator Nelson is doing what Democrats do best and that is blocking something that is great for the whole country. I wonder how many congressmen/elected are up for reelection mid-terms? Didn’t Nelson take an oath to protect the U.S. Constitution...his blocking a Judge who will do just that makes Nelson a liar.

Just heard where with the break, Dems can delay over a month. When does Gorsuch have to be in for next session. I thought it was April.

Damn that Bill Nelson. He is an embarrassment to the state of Florida. Too much time in space has made mush of his wee brain. It is time for him to go.

There have been zero accommodations to Trump in either the house or the Senate. The democrats are blocking absolutely nothing if the repub leadership wants something done. They will sit on this while allowing the Russian meme to dominate all the way to the break.
The only reason - and I mean only reason - we are getting a filibuster is because republicans will allow it and refuse to change the rules. We do nothing.
There will not be anymore approved appointments, nor will there be any movement on taxes. Nothing. Zero. They are scum.

That is two including Sanders. So they can have 5 more and still be safe. I like the little games these guys play.
To: Kaslin
I think now they’re just using up as much of the clock as they can because they know when Gorsuch is on the court the travel ban and other important issues are not going to turn out their way.

He probably doesn’t even know how he voted...

The Democrats are fools to give up the filibuster over this Episcopalian who is very, very unlikely to make them give up baby killing.
They are going to need all their ammo when Ruth Buzzi cools and Kennedy resigns.
