https://definitions.uslegal.com/b/brandished/
“Federal law defines brandished as, ‘with reference to a dangerous weapon (including a firearm) means that all or part of the weapon was displayed, or the presence of the weapon was otherwise made known to another person, in order to intimidate that person, regardless of whether the weapon was directly visible to that person’.”
There is a difference between carrying and brandishing. These snowflakes are merely bearing arms - a protected, God-given right, as they would be wise to remember. There is no indication of an intent to intimidate, not when anyone looking at armed snowflakes would be at risk of laughing so hard they could be injured.
Having no other claimed or apparent purpose, their only rational conclusion is their intent was to intimidate.
Check out the second photo in the original story that this one links to. Literal brownshirts in masks and bandanas.
