If they really couldn’t vote for the bill they should have said that from the get go. Instead they made demands and when those demands were met they made more demands. They did and they had documented on their site extremely clearly that one thing, if it lowers copay and premiums then they are aboard. That never changed and when that could not be met well they said no.

I think you have it backwards. The HFC members voted for a full repeal in January 2016 and now in March 2017.
It's the other critters who flipped and who have now changed their position "from the get-go".
