They did and they had documented on their site extremely clearly that one thing, if it lowers copay and premiums then they are aboard. That never changed and when that could not be met well they said no.

Then they should have presented that to Trump. They didn’t. When he asked what it would take to get aboard they told him, he got it for them and then they said no they wanted something more. Bad faith negotiating, nothing lower. Moving the goalposts is not done in the real world, it’s a Weasley politicians trick. I applaud Poe for walking away from these guys.
