Love the tactic, but having spent many years in the construction business, I can't imagine many true snowflakes would've applied to begin with.

Cuz there's rain and mud and splinters and sweat and all that yucky deplorable stuff !

Actually, he oughta hire a couple of 'em just for giggles .. snowflake on his/her first day > > hilarity ensues

As I understand the problems today though, the drug test and just plain coming to work everyday are major problems
