I agree that Democrats have better party discipline, and maybe you’re “Grand Bargain” is a better way of saying it. I think it comes down to how long Obamacare is viable. Right now Trump says it’s going to collapse and Nancy Pelosi thinks it’s the best thing in the history of the world. Both can’t be right.

It seems an obstructionist caucus guaranteed it will survive. I don't see how they ever repeal it now. They don't have the votes now and I think they lose seats in 2018 as fallout for this very public failure. The freedom caucus overplayed their hand, thinking they should have it all when they are just part of a coalition. President Trump cannot trust them in a deal. They are unreliable votes, disloyal Republicans, essentially RINOs.
