In the meantime, Trump needs to separate Medicaid and ObamaCare with some divide and conquer scheme since most of the ObamaCare beneficiaries are defacto Medicaid recipients riding the ObamaCare train.
Separate and decouple the Medicaid riders from ObamaCare and all you have left are the poor middle class schmucks supporting the system and the chronic HIV cases who are the real intended beneficiaries of ObamaCare

One-quarter of these could be dealt with by eliminating the state exchanges. A long-term solution to the other problems may involve convincing late-night TV-host comedians to administer some richly-deserved reamings to the software industry.

I think Trump all along had Ryan’s back until he realized Ryan did not even consider the people in this bill. Once he that clearly, I think PITUS went into “give him enough rope and let him hang himself” mode.
We saw him stand up and say “...get this thing done or move on”. That is a negotiator! Even though he said earlier today that Ryan will stay,I think it’s patently obvious Ryan cannot stay and should not stay.He will be gone in short order... I can see it coming and Trump will take over the healthcare etc. and make his promises to the people real.
He is moving on to tax cuts. I don’t think any of this is a defeat for Trump at all, however I think it sheds a bright light on Ryan and the rest of the elites. These people couldn’t govern their way out of a wet paper bag.
