Office of Management and Budget director Mick Mulvaney made clear Thursday evening that President Donald Trump is done negotiating on the hotly-debated health care bill and wants a vote on Friday.
And, if the president doesn't get a vote to repeal and replace Obamacare, he will move on to other priorities, Mulvaney said according to a source in the room during the tense talks with GOP members.
The latest salvo comes after House Republican leaders abruptly postponed a planned vote on the GOP health care bill Thursday as they struggled to find sufficient support to pass it. GOP lawmakers had previously been told procedural votes on the bill will still be held tonight and that a full vote on the measure could take place Friday.

I don’t like this bill... but, this vote DOESN’T make it law. It just moves it to the Senate, where it will get many changes. A “No” vote kills it.
A “yes” vote, keeps the ball moving in the right direction.
THIS, is what leadership looks like. Trump will survive, either way. He fought hard, made a NUMBER of concessions... if it dies, it’s Ryan’s fault. Trump will move on to better things.

Bills tend to get worse, not better, as they change through the process.
Paul Ryan has managed to get the president on board for a bill that is essentially Hillarycare. During the campaign, Trump promised to ‘repeal’ Obamacare; Hillary wanted to keep it and fix the bad parts. .... Well, hello!

Passing legislation is a Congressional function. Trump can cheerlead, and he did, just like he endorsed McCain. But the cheerleaders don't score touchdowns or baskets. That's up to the team on the field.
It is long past time that Congress be held to account for its actions and failures, which includes the national debt.
It would be better to keep ObamaCare.
