Ryan is so enthusiastic about handing the health insurance system back to Big Pharm and the Insurance Companies, that it must be a fact that these lobbies have promised Ryan millions of dollars.
I have never seen a Speaker of the House like Ryan running so fast that he is a blur, right into an old defunct failed system, into the old system of accelerating health care costs which the insurance companies greedily brought about.
Ryan is ignoring the people of America. The Freedom Caucus is not.
Hold Trump to his promises NOW, immediately. There is no need to customize the bill solely for reconciliation process. Ted Cruz has found a way to make it work without reconciliation in the Senate, simple majority wins.
Ted Cruzs way is not to use the reconciliation process.
The Senate can go to full repeal without 60.

Ted Cruz may have discovered a way to totally change Obamacare without 60 Senate votes

Democrats tend to love sneaky lawyer tricks because their side is so good at them. The passage of Obamacare under the Senate rules governing reconciliation is the most prominent example of creatively applying the rules to get what they want.
But it turns out that there are some really smart and creative legal minds on the GOP side, and now that the GOP runs the Senate, the sauce for the Democrat goose also flavors the Republican gander, if that isnt too disagreeable an abuse of metaphorical license. Ted Cruz is one such legal mind; in the words of legendary Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz, one of the best students I ever had.

Lets get on with it for the People. Ryan needs to stop his effing foolishness. NOW! maybe Ryan wants to ruin Trump and the new Republican non-elitist party, her sure acts like it.
"This will make your supporters hate you.
But then, I will take your place in four years."
I’m glad they delayed it. This is not the right bill. It would have sunk and it would have been worse than delaying it. Now, hopefully they can work to some agreement and be done with it.
For all of the people saying: Just repeal Obamacare! There aren’t 60 votes in the Senate to do that, so what’s your solution? Do nothing? If any pro-market reforms are going to happen then you have to please the Freedom Caucus AND the entire Senate caucus. This bill is better than Obamacare in a million different ways. If you truly want free market healthcare, primary all of the RINOS and get 60 seats in the Senate. Since that isn’t realistic this is the best you are going to get
Just listened to Joe Walsh, former member of the Freedom Caucus, and he made the point that ALL of these pubbie Congresscritters have campaigned on REPEALING Obamicare not tweaking it! Amen!!
I could be wrong, but it sounds to me like the Trump administration needs to get more serious about keeping campaign promises and helping the people who voted him in.

BREAKING NEWS: After a marathon series of negotiations involving President Trump and his top aides Thursday, House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) will call a vote on the proposal at Trumps behest, lawmakers said after a meeting on Thursday night. But lacking sufficient votes to pass it at this point, Republican leaders were still negotiating to see if they could convince enough conservatives to back the measure. Theyre going to bring it up, pass or fail, said Rep. Mike Simpson (R-Idaho).
This story is developing. It will be updated.

House leaders postponed a vote Thursday on their plan to overhaul the nations health-care system, casting doubt on whether President Trump and House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.) can deliver on one of the GOPs central promises to the voters who placed Republicans in power.

I think the failure of the bill is a great first step toward replacing RYAN in the House.
