Stupid Dems. After Gorsuch is confirmed by 52 GOP votes, the next selection, after Ginsburg leaves, may be far more conservative than Gorsuch and the Dems won’t be able to stop him/her since the precedent for the nuclar option has been set.
Personally, I’m expecting Ginsberg to assume room temperature of natural causes very soon.
