Then, as a gift to Schumer, Trump should break up the 9th into 3 districts and then put originalist justices there.

Judges can only be removed by impeachment, or death not by the Executive. Congress has some control imo through the “Exceptions Clause” over the cases the USSC can rule on. I doubt that the judiciary can easily be negated.
