House Freedom Caucus member Ted Yoho told CNBC on Thursday he will vote against the GOP's Obamacare replacement without more concessions to get rid of "a growing entitlement."
The Florida Republican said he prefers a "clean repeal" of former President Barack Obama's Affordable Care Act, but he acknowledges it's a negotiation.
"We're getting closer," Yoho said on "Squawk Box." "I have the utmost confidence in [Freedom Caucus] leadership that we will come out with a bill that the president will sign [and] that the American people will thank us for."
The House vote is crucial for the Trump agenda. President Donald Trump has said the repeal and replacement of Obamacare must happen before action can be taken on his other plans, including a major tax reduction.
Trump is expected to meet Thursday with the House Freedom Caucus to try to get the conservative group on board, as GOP leaders offered a tweak of their health-care plan Wednesday night to include getting rid of the set of minimum benefits required of insurers.

Patently unconstitutional.
Nowhere is the federal government authorized to meddle in the healthcare of US citizens, whether that meddling originates with the Democrats or the Republicans.
Full repeal—No less; no more!
that’s not even close to happening.
An assault on Veterans, with the management amendment. Why target Veterans? Why give more to noncitizens than Veterans?
These Republicans are scumbags for telling us that they would repeal it and then going against their word.
We all know the Republicans don’t have the votes for a full repeal. No way. Even if the House pulled it off, they’d never win in the Senate. It’s up to us voters to change that in 2018.
Doubt me? Think back to the Tea Party Golden Goose and how that was used to milk the peasantry of their last dime.
We are not going to completely repeal it, and never were, thats just reality, not enough votes from Congress critters in moderate districts, so do we want to get a win and continue the Trump/our agenda, even though we’re not getting blowout wins or end Trumps Presidency. A loss on the main issue and promises by R’s effectively ends the R agenda and they lose seats.
I sent the following message to the White House via their website:
I voted for you and gave you a big chunk of money to DRAIN THE SWAMP. This healthcare thing is BS. For starters lawmakers are not obligated to partake. We the people want the health plan that they have if we are to have one at all....otherwise just REPEAL the damn bill and take your time to formulate a great plan while getting on with the tax cuts.
Another thing: Lawmakers are exempt from their own laws and that has to stop. For instance, it is not illegal for congressmen to profit from insider trading. That is total and corrupt BS and must be stopped.
Don’t make me sorry I gave you financial support along with my vote. Do what the hell you promised. I do like what you are doing for the economy so far but why Comey still has a job is beyond me!
Finally, do you really read these things or is that BS too? If I don’t get a response from your staff or you I will have my answer.
As pointed out before, these guys are 12% of the GOP caucus.
A tiny 12%.
But these same guys would have the Senate kill the Filibuster to gut the power of a minority.
They aren’t conservative. They’re just grandstanding.
If the Freedom Caucus get removal of the minimum coverage requirements for a policy out of Obamacare, that is a huge win. It is the reason you cannot buy a catastrophic plan any more.
Other reports this morning indicate preexisting conditions might be taken out as part of the bill as well. We’ll see.
Life is compromise... we need this win to set the stage for other wins... and to keep democrats at bay.
The perfect is the enemy of the good. Pass health care... Trump wants it... it will work.
But do we have to pay for illegals healthcare. No thanks.

McClintock on the plan. I agree with the guy.
That has to be fought at the state level by forcing them to not allow it through their block grants.
Repeal Obamacare only! Two year transition funds for expanded Medicaid - then it ends.
It will not work.
Pass it in the House. If it fails in the Senate, hang it around the democRats necks like a burning tire.
You say that like it's a bad thing.
If the minority party wants power they can win some elections. Until then, a single senator should not have the ability to torpedo a bill because 1-49% of the Senate disagrees.
President Trump NEEDS the very people, his core support group, which RYANCARE betrays.....what is going on?
Paul Ryan only chose to support Trump the week before the general election,....what political wisdom could possibly justify President Trump ‘going to the mat’ over OBAMACARE-lite?
