The Republican-backed bill that would overhaul the Affordable Care Act would shift billions of dollars in health care costs from the federal government to states, with California on the hook for $6 billion in 2020 and growing to $24.3 billion by 2027, according to an analysis released Wednesday by Gov. California is a fiscal/social/cultural time-bomb just waiting to blow. They’ve, almost seemingly on purpose, mismanaged everything. Tax everything, treat the rural areas like medieval peasants, cultivate all manner of social and sexual degeneracy, negotiate retirement for the public sector to break the bank ten times over, build crap no one needs, open the illegal floodgates, and promise everything to everyone... as long as you are not a straight conservative. That’s their formula.
