If members of Trump's transition team were "monitored, surveilled and unmasked", then is it really much of a stretch to think that Trump himself received this treatment?

I think that when he says he was wiretapped that he meant his entire operation. The same with “wiretap” when he meant any kind of surveillance.

You raise a good question. Is it possible for the agencies’ capabilities to do off the record surveillance that is stored in secret locations for partisan use?
