(CNN) House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes said Wednesday that President Donald Trump's personal communications may have been picked up by investigators through "incidental collection."
Nunes said at a news conference he discovered the potential surveillance of Trump himself while reviewing intelligence reports, but said it was not related to Russia.

They kind of, sort of collected his communications.
I would have to wonder what agency was kind of, sort of, collecting his stuff. I am not sure there are any that are supposed to work in the US aside from the FBI.
(I know they do. My Dad was in the Counter Intelligence Corps during the mid 1950s. He would tell me a story and I would say, “but that’s not legal.” He would look back at me like I was an idiot. Which at the time, I was.)_
They’re going to go to the mattresses on this. It was necessary to monitor Trump and his staff because - THE RUSSIANS!

It appears Trump may have been right, again
Two days after FBI director Comey shot down Trump’s allegation that Trump was being wiretapped by president Obama before the election, it appears that president Trump may have been on to something because moments ago Politico reported that according to the House Intelligence Chairman, Devin Nunes, “members of the Donald Trump transition team, possibly including Trump himself, were under surveillance during the Obama administration following November’s election”, he told reporters on Wednesday.
As AP confirms, Nunes said that President Donald Trump’s communications may have been “monitored” during the transition period as part of an “incidental collection.”
Nunes told a news conference Wednesday that the communications appear to be picked up through “incidental collection” and do not appear to be related to the ongoing FBI investigation into Trump associates’ contacts with Russia. He says he believes the intelligence collections were done legally, although in light of the dramatic change in the plotline it may be prudent to reserve judgment on how “incidental” it was.

Nunes says the communications of Trump associates were also picked up, but he did not name those associates. He says the monitoring mostly occurred in November, December and January. He added that he learned of the collection through “sources” but did not specify those source
Politico adds that Nunes is going to the White House later Wednesday to brief the Trump administration on what he has learned, which he said came from “sources.”
Nunes says he is “bothered” by this. Won’t say whether or not intel community spied on Trump et. al. But says he is “concerned.”

While there are no further details, we look forward to how the media narrative will change as a result of today’s latest dramatic development.

Comey might come out and hold a short media alert... and change what he said Monday. I knew he was lying then... but the questions were toooo easy and toooo pro dems. He hid behind the truth. Don’t tell me he didn’t know this when he stated the opposite at the hearing. He is a snake in the weeds!!!
Invoking plausible deniability clause.
Incidental 24/7 collection.
Paging Mr Nixon...
“May have been collected”. They are really stretching the definitions of terminologies to make it fit the narrative.
Can you say modified limited hangout, boys and girls!
I knew you could!

Remember last week when President Trump told Tucker Carlson that “In the next two weeks new info would be coming out” and of course the media that never lies said that Trump was an idiot and a total liar and should “Apologize” to Barack Obama..well guess what..TRUMP WAS RIGHT LIKE ALWAYS
The Obama administration gathered information on Trump with the intent to use it in a “Clinton administration” to destroy Mr. Trump, his businesses, family, and associates. The fatal flaw was that Hillary was a terrible candidate and lost bigly.
Remember, Obama used the power of government to prohibit conservative organizations from forming tax-exempt organizations in an election year, tapped phones on 20 AP reporters, James Rosen from FOX News including his parents, and other abuses of power.
Someone needs to go to prison.
So, the January 21, 2017 front page article in the New York Times was right. Maybe Trump should apologize to the New York Times because they were correct for once. Make it a limited apology and rub their noses in it at the same time.
President Trump told Tucker Carlson some new info would come out in the next two weeks I told ya all Trump was telling the truth!
Sounds like Comey perjured himself.
Obama makes Nixon look like a piker...
Trump said last week news was coming. If true another example of Trump playing Sheldon Cooper 3D chess with the rest of Washington playing Checkers missing half the game pieces.
DAMMIT TRUMP START FIRING PEOPLE!! AND ARREST AND PROSECUTE THEM IF WARRANTED!
