(CNN) — House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes said Wednesday that President Donald Trump's personal communications may have been picked up by investigators through "incidental collection."

Nunes said at a news conference he discovered the potential surveillance of Trump himself while reviewing intelligence reports, but said it was not related to Russia.

To me, this is a litmus test both for AG Sessions and in general, the rule of law.

Godspeed Jeff Sessions. Multiple violation of Federal Code, multiple violations of Sedition and Treason Law, multiple felonies.

I hope the FBI and Jeff Sessions starts an in depth investigation of this with an increase of staff working on this. Congressional investigations, Grand Jury, Special Prosecutors, you name it.

Also since Sessions recused himself from “the Russian” connection, whatever all that entails, the DOJ is in the hands of another Obama person.

We need a Trump Deputy AG and a Deputy FBI director placed by Sessions or Trump.
