These two God damned lawyers have made Hawaii the laughing stock and point of derision , to millions around this country and a point of focus , for it’s weakness, to far too many evil and enemy influences around the world .
Hawaii depends on the strength and unity of America as NO OTHER STATE . Hawaii dangles , like a ripe mango , out here in the middle of the Pacific . 100% depending upon the security that the United States government and United States military offer it .
Now we have two sickening , smarmy , Liberal lawyers ; one the Hawaii AG and the other an Obama appointed Federal judge , that are spitting in the face of all the security that America offers and all the security which Hawaii really needs .
And for what ? A infinitely minuscule amount of potential lost Muslim tourism ? The ‘rights’ of a very few , non-America, non citizens , who happen to have ‘anchor relatives’ here already , to also be able to come here ?

IT’S NOT WORTH IT! And these idiot Liberal lawyers , in whatever positions they hold , should not have the right to defame and endanger Hawaii over this matter , let alone the entire nation . It’s a travesty of the 1st order that America allows this to even occur .
It is a travesty the the sitting Governor of Hawaii allows this to occur .

Send 100,000 Syrian to Hawaii since they have take few if any Syrians yet have halted the Trump policy on how its had a negative affect of Hawaii

I want to see how having these wonderful un vetted people will spoil Hawaii tourists, the way its hurting France.

Hawaii votes for Dems time to send them a message, that they have to worry about terrorism.

Open new Gitmo in Hawaii , next to Zuckerberg property.
Send all refuges to Hawaii. We care.

And wait until there is a terrorist attack perpetrated by a “refugee” that was allowed in by the rulings over and holds on Trump's executive orders.

Then these judges will have some “splaining” to do. And we will remember names and we will not forget. And no, they cannot hide behind their black robes because their decisions can and do affect the well being and security of Americans. Anyone hurt will be their responsibility.

I think Trump lost an opportunity when he didn’t tell the original judge to shove it.

6. Macadamia nuts! If ever there were a reason to keep Hawaii as a state, other than for national defense, this is it.

What goes around will come around.

Personally, I went to HI .. once, a very long time ago.

That was enough for a lifetime, for me.

Since the left routinely judge shops why not do the same? Get some fellow with actual standing to file a case before a REAL judge and then continue with the ban based on the REAL judges opinion. Make the case that it’s 2 conflicting orders so you are going with the desired outcome until the Court of Supreme Whim can arbitrarily decide.

Two of the five things that Hawaii gave America; Spam and barack obama. Spam makes me sick to my stomach and the portion that I manage to keep down gives me diarrhea. Given the choice between the two I’d rather have had an eight year diet of Spam than BHO.

They will find in short order what happens to cultures that are offensive to Islam, Hawaiians love their pork no doubt, imagine a Hawaii without pork, without Spam.

Better watch out judge. If Obama is about to be outed as the ‘owner’ of the Trump ban, you initiated, you could wind up in a plane crash at sea that only you don’t survive.

Send 100,000 Syrian to Hawaii...

On top of that, 20-30 thousand Somalian and Iraqi refugees should be relocated there as well.

You do know that Hawaii only became a state as a result of a deal with Democrats concerning Alaska? The Democrat congress did not want a Republican Alaska to join the Union unless they had a Democrat state to join at the same time to counterbalance it.

And that's how Hawaii became a state.

I can’t believe that because at statehood Hawaii was principally Republican . The shift to Dems came with the rise of R opposition parties , mostly returned Japanese Nessei from serving in WW2 ( in U.S. forces) , establishing and challenging power on the local level . The old school R’s didn’t want much to do with these former plantation lackeys , until after they’d proved themselves in the battles in Europe . These Nesei basically took over , by storm , and deposed all the old boy Repubs . En masse . The offspring of many of these Nesi formed the bureaucratic corps of Hawaii state government and education , and much in business , including banking. Unions are something else , the vestigial dominions of Hawaii organized crime . The Japanese were not really park of that . It’s all such a long story ...

No, you have it backwards. Alaska was Democrat and Hawaii was considered Republican (although it was already moving Democrat hard in the mid to late ‘50s). AK hadn’t elected a GOP Delegate to Congress from 1930 until 1966 when it sent a GOP House member. Conversely, HI routinely elected a GOP Delegate up until 1956. It benefitted the Dems in the 1958 elections, as AK elected an all-Dem delegation and HI only elected 1 GOP Senator (the other Senator and House member were Dems).

The Dem revolution in HI principally occurred in the 1954 elections when they captured the then-Territorial House, and have never lost it since. The HI Senate soon followed along with the defeat of GOP U.S. Delegate Elizabeth Farrington in 1956 by John Burns.

When the statehood elections were run in 1959, the GOP tried to run a racially-balanced ticket, the Chinese Hiram Fong for the long term, the Japanese Wilfred Tsukiyama for the short term (Senate seats) and Portuguese-American Charles Silva for the House At-Large, but only Fong prevailed (Tsukiyama lost by a narrow 3% to old Haole and ex-Gov. Oren Long. Silva lost in a landslide to Dan Inouye). Had Fong lost in ‘59, the Dems would’ve completed the islands takeover entirely by 1962.
