GORSUCH: Respectfully, Id suggest that does not represent the body of my work. Ive written two thousand Ive participate in 2,700 opinions over ten years. And if you want cases where Ive ruled for the little guy, as well as the big guy, there are plenty of those, Senator. The Ute Indian tribe
FEINSTEIN: Would you be willing to submit some of them? Its hard to read 2,700 cases [crosstalk]
GORSUCH: Oh, Ill name a bunch them right now. [crosstalk] Im sorry, Senator, of course. Ute 5 and 6. Fletcher. The Rocky Flats case, which vindicated the rights of people who had been subject to pollution from large companies in Colorado uranium pollution. Id point you to the Magnesium case, similar pollution case in the Salt Lake City area. Colorados effort with renewable energy; upheld that. Orr v City of Albuquerque, involving pregnancy discrimination in a police department in Albuquerque. WD Sports, a discrimination claim. Casey, Energy West, Crane, Simpson v CU, involving young women who had been harassed by the football team. AM, Browder, Sutton I can give you a long, long list.
By this time, Feinstein was clearly embarrassed, but Gorsuch wasnt finished,:
GORSUCH: And Senator, the bottom line, I think is, is Id like to convey to you from the bottom of my heart is that Im a fair judge. And I think if you ask people in the Tenth Circuit, Is he a fair judge?, youre going to get the answer that you got yesterday from both Senator Bennet and Senator Gardener and from General Katyal, and the same answer you got from Senator Allard and Senator Salazar ten years ago. And Senator, I cant guarantee you more than that but I can promise you absolutely nothing less.

I’ve listened to a bit of the Gorsuch confirmation interrogations. He doesn’t pander. I’m not sure he’ll be with us on every issue, but it does seem that he’ll be a real strong advocate for a Judiciary that doesn’t bow to the other two branches of government or to what’s trendy.
I am the very model of a San Francisco Liberal,
I've a mind that's somewhat like a vegetable,
I know the mind of Lenin and Trotsky and socialism historical,
From Alinsky to Soros, in order categorical;
I'm not well acquainted much with matters mathematical,
Nor with religion, both the simple and heretical,
About social justice theory I'm teeming with a lot o' news---
With many cheerful facts about the effectiveness of bootleg booze.
For my constitutional knowledge, there's not much anchored in realism
Because most of my experience is in the spreading of communism;
But still in matters local, state, and federal,
I am the very model of a San Francisco Liberal.

Ultimately, Gorsuch may not be as Conservative as Scalia, but he may be the most Conservative we can get.
Imagine a Garland with HRC in place, and the entire machinery of the Federal Government being in her hands.
Whew!
Perhaps there/s the prospect of empaneled FBI agents with Grand Jury subpoena power investigating things like how her husband/s investment group managed to obtain several Billion dollars taxpayer-funded govt contracts .....
BACKSTORY: Back in Sept 2014, Senate intel head Di/Fi was whining about the CIA looking through her computers and taking documents. Clearly, the CIA had plenty on her----even BEFORE the shocking Chi/Com missile scandal brke involving a Cali state Senator.
Di/Fi's known aversion to guns did not prevent her from honoring Sen Leland Lee's co-defendant, Raymond Chow---Chow is the key figure in Cali's Demorat state Sen Yee's shocking sub rosa missile deal w/ China (Yee is a notorious grabber of American guns).
INCONVENIENT FACTOIDS:
<><>Feinstein heads the Senate Intel Committee;
<><> Her hubby Richard Blum made million as the lawyer for Chinese interests and from tax-funded govt contracts;
<><> Did Di use her access to valuable US security data improperly?
<><> Hubby Richard Blum made millions in China deals in past years. How'd he do that?
<><> Is hubby cutting new deals w/ the Chi/Coms?

FBI TIP PAGE https://tips.fbi.gov /// ITEM--Senators husband profits for 15 years from federal funds (Feinstein-Blum)
NY Post | 1/19/15 | Richard Johnson / FR Posted by Libloather
My report Sunday on the lucrative deal Sen. Dianne Feinsteins husband has to sell 56 post office buildings barely scratched the surface of her conflicts of interest. The California Democrats financier husband, Richard C. Blum, is estimated to be a billionaire from his shrewd investments in companies that profit from federal policies.
For at least 15 years, Feinstein has appeared to support government contracts that push federal funds toward companies co-owned or governed by her powerful, billionaire husband, Richard C. Blum, Breitbart News reported. (Excerpt) Read more at pagesix.com ...

Sponsored by Senator Diane Feinstein, the Desert Wilderness Protection Act and its companion bill known as the California Desert Protection Act created three new national parks and seventy- four new wilderness areas in the desert of California that total 8 million acres (an area the size of Maryland).
This closes acreage to development, forces out private owners within the protected area and closes mines and ranches. It also expands the Death Valley and Joshua Tree national monuments and upgrades them to national parks.
It seems that the real motivation for passage of this bill lies with the special interest groups that would benefit monetarily. Through a complex series of land exchanges, Catellus Corporation (Owned by none other than Richard Blum DiFI Hubby), a subsidiary of Santa Fe Pacific, will receive land that contains some of the richest gold deposits in the world.
Krauthammer was on last night and said he ‘feels sorry for the left’ in these hearings- because they are making themselves look like spoiled rotten little brats who are sore losers- I’ll just add that they can’t help themselves from doing so- it’s like a moth to flame- they run full steam ahead- with the crowds jeering at them- and act like they are being intelligent, when all they manage to do is to expose their idiotic agenda-
[[Sinators like difi should learn not to argue with these folks.]]
They can’t help themselves- they way overe4stimate their own intelligence- every single time- you would think they would have learned by now, but nope- you can’t teach an old democrat new tricks-
It is called confirmation bias.
Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, Feinswine.
I’ll never forget that little exchange. Boxer won her seat by the usual Dem tactics.....smearing a good Conservative man. And her whine ‘I worked very hard for that title’ should have embarrassed her. But she’s not bright enough to be embarrassed.
[[She is not even listening to him.]]
they NEVER do- they spout their idiotic crap, the other side destroys the liberal ‘arguments’ with cold hard facts- the liberals act like nothing just happened- Liberals are incapable of feeling shame- they can’t even spell the word- it won’t phase her one bit that she looked like a fool today-
Please do.
“Mr and Mrs America, turn them all in”. FUFecalstain, retard extraordinaire.
I was stationed at Moffett Field in the early 80's, and on the S.F. city council she was an idiot. Then as as Mayor of S.F. she was an idiot. Now as CA Senator, she's an idiot.

I have been watching these hearings and I am curious about who is the attractive Black Woman sitting behind Gorsuch, Is she a Daughter In Law or an Adoptive Daughter or what?
Dr. K and BOR were certainly on opposite sides of the fence last night. Bill, Pro Trump, and the good doctor. anti-Trump. A long four years for this continued ‘friendship’
“It’s Feinsteen.”
Don't even get me started on Leahy. There are a number of Republican Senators older, but none act like they are 100 with one foot in the ground like that guy.
