Laurel Hubbard, a 39 year-old transgender who was born male, won her first international womens weightlifting title in Australia breaking four national records in the process.

The girl on the left looks really excited to be there. I am not sure why the other girl is so happy, she would be number one except for the dude.
I thought that they had a gay olympics for these confused people to be at.
That is the whole point, I have never told them to be good enough to beat the girls. I have always told them to try and be good enough to beat the other boys.
And they were fighters on their soccer and basketball teams. All of the local teams wanted them.
After winning the title, Laurel was asked what she would do next. “I’m going to Disney World!” she replied, as she headed for the locker room to enjoy a warm soapy shower with the other competitors.
Feminists don’t give a hoot about women. They only care about liberalism. If they cared about women, they would attack the ones that speak right if center. Liberalism demands they attack anyone that strays from the cult. Same goes for groups like the NAACP, LBGT groups and other special interest categories. Everyone is welcome until they utter a right of center comment, no matter how small.
No kidding! How unfair. Biological women will never stand a chance in these competitions.
“Men” going where Andy Kaufman refused to go.
Exactly. Just do away with womens’ sports if we’re going to allow biological men to compete against them.
I hear ya. I’m so looking forward to when the first Lebronette comes along and dominates women’s hoops and WNBA, shattering backboards, scoring triple digits every game. Popcorn Time.
How empowering for women.
“You can’t compete against a man”.
“It wasn’t a man, it was a woman, sort of”.
Transgenderism in sports has been a matter of continuing concern. Mere “identification” with a sex is unfair to women, since men are clearly superior in many ways that are advantageous in sports. If merely identifying as female were the rule, women’s sports would evolve into transgender sports and lose its mass appeal. The consequence of this is that there would be one sport, “basketball,” not “male basketball” and “female basketball,” and there would be very few female competitors at the elite level.
The International Olympic Committee recently changed its policy. It now says that transgender athletes who identified themselves as female, would be allowed to compete in that category as long as their testosterone levels were below 10 nanomoles per liter for at least 12 months prior to the competition. It no longer requires surgical anatomical changes.
Working backwards, in 2004, the IOC allowed people with XY chromosomes to complete as female if they had sex reassignment surgery as well as hormone treatment for two years prior. At the time, this was considered an acceptable way of dealing with individual cases, while holding the line on distinguishing male from female competitors.
Going way back, there was a physical inspection, and if you had the external equipment of a man, you were not a woman. This rule allowed persons born intersex, whose parents choose for the male part to be castrated, to live their lives as females, including compete in sports as females. Then came chromosome testing. Then, as I pointed out above, allowing individuals to cross over but only under restrictive conditions. Now, the only concern is testosterone level during one year prior, hardly anything. But, even the testosterone test is flawed, as some women naturally have high levels of testosterone.
Babe Didrikson, the greatest female athlete of her day, provoked concerns about her sex. As she was several times pregnant (but miscarried each time), there is no question but she was female. She was simply a terrific athlete who was something of a tom-boy.
Today we have Venus Williams. With her well-muscled torso and powerful game, she challenges traditional images of female beauty. Yet, a recent fashion shoot showed her to be awesomely beautiful.
Sports isn’t supposed to be fair. At the elite level, it’s supposed to identify such rare creatures as Babe Didrikson and Venus Williams. But, how can we know who is that rare female, versus who is simply a rather average male who identifies as a woman.
Throw out the record books. Stupidity has just voided them.
I’m a woman and I agree with you.
Between this and tranny boys being the “fresh” new faces of Cover Girl and Maybelline, when will the vagina marchers stand up and say no more? They won’t. I only hope they are finally exposed for the hypocrites they really are.
Well there’s “Fake” news for ya!
How is it possible for people to read this and think “she” legitimately won the Women’s competition?
Wake me when some Transgender (e.g., former woman) starts winning Men’s Competitions.
I really do not think they are hypocrites, I think they are deceived. And they want to be deceived, just as much as the girlfriend or wife of a serial abuser wants to believe their faith or love is not misplaced.
Until they get personally mugged by reality, they will accept the evil
The other girl on the right looks happy to be the best looking of the 3!
My wife was one of the first women pilots hired by a major airline. (She ended her career as a B-747 captain flying the in the Pacific.) In 1978, a meeting of a group of fellow female new hires formed an organization - called ISA+21 - http://www.iswap.org/
All was well until they elected a transgender pilot as the group’s secretary. In the first newsletter after the thing was elected, it spent half a page whining - about how tough it was being a woman, and all that (it was hired as a man).
That was the end of ISA+21 for my wife, who had endured the silent treatment (and a few open insults) from more than a few fellow workers and passengers in the early years.
That was vicious. I wish I had thought of it.
