If they exit can't Gov. Brown created a mint and print his own money? He could write a blank check for his state. Of course, Mexico might then be tempted to actually invade and reclaim it again.

Oh, I just love that idea. Start a movement out here in CA to start printing our own money and start gathering signatures to place it on the ballot. And get some of more stellar Dembats going in Excremento on the idea. That would be a scream!
