I guess the problem was he let Ryan get ahead of when he actually wanted to do it?
Not having been in politics before, I think he was told this is the way it is done.
Ryan and Price told him the bill was ready to go and Ryan assured him it this is all they could get due to blah, blah blah, couldn’t be totally repealed because of blah, blah, blah.
Ryan told him he had the votes, lied.
President did a yo-mans job of trying to help.
It was being pushed so fast because, again, Ryan has said it needed to come 1st over comprehensive tax reform.
That’s my take anyway.
