Potato beetles killed every single one of our potato plants last year. Surprisingly though, when we were digging up the garden at the end of the season, there were lots of potatoes left in the ground. Small ones. So if the plants had lived, we would have had more potatoes than we could deal with! We didn’t even get a chance to cover up the growing plants with more dirt.

As I understand it from FNC, poor Judge Gorsuch and we the people, need to listen to about 20 hours of senators bloviating today. Each senator has 10 minutes to read an opening statement - probably won’t be too bad to listen to the pubbies but the dims - ugh!
Seems like a but of a liberal statement - we need to support ALL business owners, not just certain targeted minorities. Many of the privileged minorities get handouts to help them at the expense of the others.

It’ll be interesting to see how Trump handles the countries that dumped their criminals on us and refuse to take them back. I’m betting he won’t roll over like his predecessor. There will be consequences to pay. It’ll be fun to watch.
