The average food stamp recipient gets $127.57 a month For 2 people, that's $255 a month. $3060 a year. Figuring FICA and state income taxes at 10%, that would equal a $3400 a year gross in income.

Obama phones. A cheap cell phone plan at $35 a month, plus taxes is about $45 a month. That's $540 a year. $600 income before taxes.

Add in utility help.

If there is a child involved, there is the EITC
