Trump has them in a box. If the FBI says it is not true, categorically, and Trump has evidence, which he likely does, then they are in deep doo doo.

The FBI and all the intelligence agencies are big machines with lots of moving parts. Making a blanket claim without evidence, would be stupid.

The most the FBI head can say is: To the best of my knowledge...
