Butter makes everything better.

My wife had banned butter from our house ten years ago. I now buy the Kerry Gold butter from Ireland. It's the best tasting butter I've ever eaten. And I eat a lot of it. Have two tbsp in my coffee every morning, along with heavy cream and coconut oil. That sounds disgusting to the uninitiated but whip it up in a Bullet or blender and it's a frothy hot coffee milkshake.

That’s interesting but more trouble than I am willing to accomodate

Last summer I visited the Dunkin Doughnut shop at a gas station. I decided to try a latte to see what it’s all about. Well, I got hooked and started buying a vanilla latte on mornings I was traveling.

Well I decided that was too expensive and had wifey buy some stuff at the grocery to add to my coffee. It was pretty good but lacked the texture.

I am going to try some vanilla ice cream microwaved to hot as an additive when the current stuff if all used up.

I’m drinking Bulletproof coffee right now. I use pure MCT oil instead of the coconut oil. I’ve been doing it since October and love it.

Well, golly gee, I was preaching to the choir, wasn’t I? Lol. I use cheaper butter for baking the kids cookies or whatever, but I use Kerrygold every morning to make my eggs. If ever I run out, and am forced to use “regular” cheaper organic butter, it is a JOKE. American butter is CLEARLY bound up with water. In the pan it sizzles and fizzes like I poured shampoo into the pan. Disgusting. Kerrygold is SO GOOD and it’s real, actual butter.

Kerry gold butter is pasture fed cattle. The Omega 3 and six oils are balanced. The body knows what is heathy, it tastes good.

Same thing here, but I also add an egg yoke to that mix, yum.

Recently started this type diet so this thread jumped out at me.

Have you tried Sunflower Lecithin? According to my research it is the best source of Essential Fatty Acids.

I add 1 tbs of Sunflower Lecithin powder and 1 tsp coconut oil to my coffee in the morn and it’s an amazing energy booster.
