Isn’t this considered assault? This happens all the time now since the election, and has got to stop! Forget polite discourse; I would have felt threatened if I were Spicer. And how can he be blamed for ANYTHING he says - he was totally caught off guard with her ambush. She should have been arrested for accosting him in that matter.
