FReepers: Please make specific, pragmatic, winnable suggestions. Suggestions to eliminate “everything” will not be taken seriously and will destroy credibility.
Consider: Are you eliminating a Federal program?
Or are you transferring the program, and the taxes and lobbyists for that program to the State Capitol swamp?
I suggest some should be shifted to the states. Others should be eliminated outright. They are not all the same.
