So, cable news channels can just arbitrarily cut feed on POTUS/national news? Without any repercussions?

In a way I agree. But there is such a thing as over exposure. Even some Democrats were sick to death of seeing Obama and Mooch on TV, magazines, newspapers, the internet and social media. Regular weekly appearances would be too much.
CNN is the enemy of the people
Think of all the people in airports on delays deprived of the truth. Does anyone know how CNN has the airport monopoly?
They have contracts. It’s not quite the same as CNN seen at home. Part of their ‘service’ is not showing too much detail about air disasters.
Heard a caller into Howie Carr Show today tell the host that CNN for the Class Room plays in his kids school.
Now that is scary.

Seriously, for a multi-million dollar company they sure seem to suffer an awful lot of “technical issues” that others miraculously don’t.

Yes, I know it was purposely done.
Can they simply be barred from any white house or other presidential events? Yank their access, revoke their passes, forbid administration officials from doing interviews with them, encourage all others to decline to go on CNN or grant them interviews. tell them to suck eggs.
That’s because there are RATS in the wires.
That was not a cut in a satellite feed.
You can see Moments Ago on the screen. It was a taped piece that just ended. It was meant to be a cut in to the live broadcast and the producer of whoever was unaware that the tape ended after the first guest stopped talking.
I’m not sticking up for CNN, that’s just precisely what it was. I worked in broadcast news for a period of time.
And they have an idiotic countdown clock, like an asteroid was about to hit the earth, for a special report on the most powerful man in the world, Putin.
Not a coincidence.
It’s really amazing how many times CNN loses its feed when anyone says anything negative about either CNN itself, Clinton, 0bama or any of the leftist causes that CNN supports. They even “lost the feed” when Sanders was on a few weeks ago, and jokingly said something about “fake news.”
