Schumer warns of government shutdown over border wall funding
Washington Examiner ^ | March 13, 2017 | Susan Ferrechio

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said Democrats will not vote for a must-pass government funding bill next month if it includes money for construction of a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

"That will not stand," Schumer, D-N.Y., warned Monday in a Senate floor speech. "It would be inappropriate in our judgement to insist on the inclusions of such funding in a must-pass appropriations bill that is needed by the Republican majority to avoid a government shutdown."

A short-term funding measure expires in April.

There will be a government shutdown tomorrow Chuckie Boy. Nobody, including YOU, will care. It would be best NOT to reopen it on Wednesday or until appropriations are passed bill by bill.

And it would also be best NOT TO PAY "non-essential," government "workers" who take the day off. Chuckie, you cannot imagine how much the people out here loathe you and all your "non-essential," government "workers," vagina cap wearers and mentally ill perverts who want to follow little girls into their bathrooms notwithstanding.

Patriots, given the federal government’s very limited constitutionally express powers to serve the people where domestic policy is concerned, hypothetically speaking, the Founding states would have probably understood a “government shutdown” to mean that mail services would be delayed.

Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!

Remember in November ’18 !

Since Trump entered the ’16 presidential race too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the ’18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.

Such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring, activist Supreme Court justices off of the bench.

Noting that the primaries start in Iowa and New Hampshire in February ‘18, patriots need to challenge candidates for federal office in the following way.

Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitution’s Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal government’s powers.

Patriots also need to find candidates that are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal government’s limited powers listed below.

Under Trump the Govt. workers won’t get paid, that will end this shutdown fast. Obama used to pay them for doing nothing on the job and they got paid for staying home.

Me I can see Senate going even more GOP.

Most Americans would pay for the wall privately if asked.

We should have the Seabees and the Army corp. of engineers working on the earth moving right now.

Chuckles the clown is purely political positioning...

The GOP has not even indicated they plan to include funding for the wall into the bill...
