That study, I don’t think DC real estate will drop: the newly laid off will list their houses, start bidding wars and actually raise average prices, temporarily. NOVA people buying them up to cut the commute.

Thanks, I was beginning to wonder if anyone read it correctly! It is amazing to follow some of these threads and see how many totally misconstrue what is being said. I thought we were supposed to understand things and it was only the liberals who always got it wrong.
