The Judicial Administration and Improvement Act of 2017 would create a new 12th Circuit Court of Appeals covering Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and Washington state. The states remaining in the new 9th Circuit would include California, Oregon, Hawaii and the territories of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Awesome news from the Senate. This is desperately needed. Desperately. I dont know if breaking up Washinton and California is a good thing. Toy might end up with 2 new courts just as rabidly liberal as the 9th Circus. Then again, the other states could swamp Washington. My God that Court with only Californi, Oregon, and Hawaii is a communists wet dream. You might as well make a court with Barbra Streisand, Michael Moore, and Jane Fonda.
