Well, it’s like this. She went out early and he was still snoozing on the bed. Then he decided to go out and when he went out, she came in. I’m not opening that door again or I might have them both again. LOL! We might as well have a revolving door.

Oh...and the other day hubby was using the mower and left the garage door cracked. When I went into the kitchen from sweeping the patio, a gray and cream [sort of Siamese-ish looking tabby] kitty that hangs around scooted out of the kitchen and back OUT the garage! He also sleeps in the cat carrier I have on the front porch for my cats if they want to stay warm and drinks from their outside water dish. I think he’s adopted us even though I don’t feed him. LOL!

Brrrr...it’s gonna be a cold one there for sure! I’m sure the bulbs will survive, but they might lose the blooms they were going to have. I hope not, though!

Aaaaaaaah, he made the mistake of wanting out and now he’s out for the night. Smart Ginger coming in at the same time and having you all to herself. Just not so lucky for your toes. LOL

I gather the kitty who’s hanging around belongs to someone in the neighborhood and just visits? Must have been a surprise to see it in your kitchen.

Now the temp has risen to 36 and that’s a plus. Maybe it’ll warm enough to melt the frost so it doesn’t do much damage this time. We aren’t worried about the daffodils so much. If new blooms don’t crop up, we’ve already had a nice show this year. The irises are just putting up leaves so as long as the bulbs don’t freeze, they’ll be ok. It’s the daylilies I worry about most since they’ve come up so early. Don’t want to lose those.
We still have the rest of the week to get through and we’ll just have to hope for the best.
