Just got back from the walk around and I’m just sick. No roof damage to any buildings, which is great, but almost all of the cedar trees took major hits. They were old and large and we both liked them a lot. One weeping cedar that’s really old is the one that hurts the most to see. It’s been beaten up a little here and there over the years and lost a chunk of the top when the tornado hit a few years ago. But I wouldn’t let Hubby take it down when he threatened to a couple of times. It may have to come down now. :-(

But it could have been a lot worse and we’re grateful it wasn’t. Watching the early morning news now and others across the state weren’t so lucky.

I hope your streets aren’t too slick in the morning. We want you getting to work safe and sound. HUGZ

Sounds like you had a wild night...I know it hurts to lose trees. Happy you are OK.
