More than ready....hopefully I can get some sleep.
I need to find a thingy that connects to the lamp so Mom can just push the button to turn the lamp on and off. She can’t turn it on or off anymore. So tonight she just pushed buttons to turn the TV off. Needless to say, that didn’t go well. I finally got all the right buttons pushed and she can watch TV...and I turned the lamp on.
You need a “The Clapper” setup for her lamp. LOL!
Not much can be done about the TV remote when they get to be that age. Even with huge buttons, they’re gonna hit the wrong ones. That’s one thing your mom and Aunt Clara have in common. They finally took the remote away from her at the nursing home.
No lightning to see with that little batch of rain and couple of storms earlier. The main event is closing in now. It calmed down a tad but is building up steam again.
