Did Cotton say where the Flynn/Russian call took place?

Newt Gingrich said all the Flynn calls were made from Trump Tower.

Makes sense, as they were made before the new administration had access to offices in the White House executive offices complexes so the transition was housed in Trump Tower. (Which I’m sure he leased to the transition management entity)

I had read the same about Gingrich but wondered whether Cotton said the same last night. I don’t doubt what Trump tweeted about the wiretapping. If Flynn’s calls were done in Trump Tower how can anyone refute Trump’s claims?

I heard a comment [radio news or talkshow] or read it in one of the many threads that the pre-inauguration HQ were in Trump Tower, but the 'server' that was supposedly accessed was actually located somewhere in New Jersey.

Offices, servers, locations can get confusing, what with the state of modern technology.

Recall that the Clinton 'server' data was located in: Manhattan, NJ, a bathroom in CO, the Farm barn, the Farm basement, etc.
