"yes, if the evidence points to murder;"

And it did. Again, the jury's job is to decide if it's proven beyond a reasonable doubt. It is not to decide if it's proven to a scientific certainty with forensic evidence. It is the jury's job to make those judgements. It's why they are there. There is no reasonable doubt what happened here. There is unreasonable doubt because it can't be proven scientifically. Most cases don't have that degree of certainty.

You are absolutely correct. The problem it seems, is that many have confused the term ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ to mean beyond ANY doubt.

I have a friend who is dying of lung cancer....she needs oxygen 24/7 and has liquid morphine and Ativan at her disposal, and she is on Hospice, at home...she needs a walker and she needs a wheelchair to go places...she is still in her 60's...

chemo, radiation....she's had it all...side effects and all, but still she has no where to go but down....

yet she tells me that dying of cancer is not the worse thing that has ever happened to her....

it was losing her son and grandchildren in an accident over 10 yrs ago....

no real mother gets over the death of her child...ever...its a constant sorry...a constant "what ifs"...

Casey Anthony can't be called a mother because she never was a real one, ever....

Casey Anthony’s father will ‘shock’ in interview

A three-part documentary about the Casey Anthony case reveals that her parents, George and Cindy Anthony, have different theories about what happened to their granddaughter, Caylee.

“They’ve each come to terms with who they think did it,” said journalist Steph Watts, who interviewed the couple for “Casey Anthony: An American Murder Mystery.” “They have completely different theories about how their granddaughter was murdered.”

The program premieres at 10 p.m. Sunday-Tuesday on Investigation Discovery. The Tuesday portion offers Watts’ interviews with the couple.
