I'd like to see first-aid clinics where people who can't afford or don't want to pay more get basic care. That's what will keep prices down. Wouldn't it be wonderful if people had to pay out of their own pocket if they decided an expensive medical choice is worth the money?

If they have the money. Kind of sucks for them if they can't pay for their cancer treatment.
