The NHL reporterette in picture 2 is former (Academic All American) track star Katheryn Tappen who's been covering hockey for 10+ years and was married to an NHL player. It's true she does play the straight guy for the color commentators/analysts but she does know sports.
Just because these women are pretty doesn't mean they don't know sports.

With the economy going through the roof, you’d think these would be salad days for the major tv networks. Really, how is it they thrived in those rancid Obama years but now suddenly can’t make a buck during the Trump years??
Were they getting kickbacks from Hillary and now that’s dried up?

Heck, they have a woman baseball announcer for Sunday Night Baseball. Totally unwatcheable.

All I can say is Good Grief. All this PC garbage has gone way too far. Women need to get back to being wives and mothers. Men need to be the primary breadwinner and protectors. Our family structure has been destroyed.

This is the sign near the exit for ESPN:
(this actually was a sign near an exit for a rural town in my state...I guess they put the blue sign up, but it remained empty for years until some wag made a cutout of some sticky white paper and put it up there...I have to admit, it made me laugh, but there were some people really pissed about it!)

I remember when ESPN was mostly concerned with sports.

When I saw it, I could only imagine the conversation a married couple might have in a car...never mind the kids.
KID: “Dad...what is that sign?”
DAD: “Well, son...there are places where...”
MOM: “Don’t.” (followed by withering glare)

LMAO! The one thing that would make it better would be the ATM symbol right next to it so you could walk in with a fist full of dollar bills.

Will they let Chris Berman go? If they dumped Vermin and Dickie "the Shill" Vitale, the cost savings from what they pay those two prima donnas would probably move Mickey Mouse Sports back into the black.
Of course, their programming will still suck, but...

OMG. Heck, they probably have a cop parked near that sign all the time now!

Since Heidi Watney works for MLB, the only sports reporter I want to look upon is safe.

ESPN is a Disney property. In keeping with Disney culture, I really hope they promote some very out homos to on-camera slots.

Pole dancers reporting? I like the image.
Elegance and sports don’t mix that well together, but ESPN has tried.
Bring back the coach’s shirts, lose the pimp suits and jewelry; it’s sports, not a modeling show.
Remember the E in ESPN: ENTERTAINMENT.
