Rands bill repeals the entire bill. Ryan’s doesn’t it just rearranges the deck chairs
I am confused. Because the bill being introduced also includes kids on parents until 26 yrs. old and can't discriminate on pre-existing conditions, is just rearranging the deck chairs? Is that not something almost everyone would want?
Wouldn't just repealing without replacing cause a LOT of problems for a lot of people?
