And gave my coop idea to Rep -— . Keep taxes out of health care !
Wish you the best.
Best of luck to you, Irish! My cousin’s wife had both knees replaced over the course of a couple of years when she was in her mid to late 50’s (several years ago). Said they’re doing great and hasn’t had pain since.

She could care less about integrity, doesn’t give it a second thought.......
McConnels office is taking calls today. Gave him my how dare you take vacation when your work isn’t done speech
Thank you for the encouragement. I am getting really nervous about the knee replacement. I have put it off for too long.
So happy that your cousins wife had such good results.
Apparently she hasn’t been listening, which doesn’t surprise me. Ryan and others have said a gazillion times over the past week to go on the website to see the bill. It is there - saw it and downloaded the pdf. I don’t know who is worse Pelousy, Maxine Waters or Chuck U. Schumer (there’s others I could add to the list like Fauxohauntus, Obummer, etc., etc.).
Make sure your docs are on top of blood clots. Growing problem after surgery and medical profession is lagging in addressing it.
Blood clots can hit your lungs, heart, and brain (stroke).
Sorry I missed your post earlier.
I had my right knee replaced 2 years ago after suffering from osteoarthritis from childhood. Definitely the right decision for me.
The only problems I’ve had involved over-use injuries because the knee felt so good that I pushed it too hard during our move 4 months after my surgery (on my feet on a tile floor unpacking boxes for 8 hours at a time. Duh)
Do your strengthening exercises faithfully before and after surgery and take your pain medication on time. I found that doing stretching exercises in the hot tub of a local hotel really helped improve my range-of-motion and felt good, too.
Best of luck to you!
DO check out post 2406.
someone there reminds me of YOU!
Spicer blew the “one question” Friday on the first question.
When I replaced the windows in my house instead of plain glass I had pain lines put in between double glass stopped the problem, before I had all the the windows replaced I had plantation shudders installed thinking that would do the trick NOPE although I love the shudders it was very expensive to save a few birds and the dumb birds STILL flew into the windows I haven’t had ONE hit in 3 years since new windows installed with the pain lines!!! All in all VERY EXPENSIVE to save some very dumb birds!!! My cats love to sit on the patio so if the bird hit it may have been only stunned, however the cat would have that bird in his mouth in a split second so I had to do something!!!
Found this letter to the editor in our local paper, not sure if this person was serious or not but I thought MORE WINNING with NEW jobs under Pres. Trump.
“Paid protesting could be a new profession”
The news lately has contained stories about people being paid to attend Town Hall meetings to protest and disrupt the meetings.
Shadowy political groups with names that all sound the same are chiefly responsible, many who are funded by political activist billionaires and supported by former high-ranking politicians.
The pay in some cases is pretty good, people even being paid by the month. This brings to mind the thought that there could be a new career path in our society the professional protestor.
Think about it, making a living as a protestor. Companies would spring up with names like Protestors R Us. Colleges could offer degrees in protestology. The government could get involved, taking taxes out of protestors pay (Ill bet that doesnt happen now). They could also license the profession, charging annual dues and providing training to ensure that the protestors do not get out of hand.
Protest companies could also vertically integrate, buying bus and sign companies to improve their timeliness of service. Putting protest services out to bid would help to keep costs down.
The protest companies could also provide counter-protest services. Politicians under the gun from paid protestors could hire counter-protesters to neutralize the turmoil.
In this case, maybe the politician and the people who really want to hear what they have to say could sneak out the back door and let the professional protesters and counter-protestors duke it out. That way the people and the politician could have a meaningful gathering.
