Obama caught lying AGAIN. White House sources inside the Obama administration acknowledge that wiretapping was conducted to spy on Trump during the 2016 Presidential election.

The Chief Justice hand-picks the federal judges who sit on the court. This leads to very little diversity as the selectees will generally reflect the views of the sitting Chief Justice.
Nor are "both sides" represented in the proceedings of this secret court.
In this case, the current eleven members of FISA were named by Chief Justice John Roberts...and there is never any confirmation or oversight on this "Court" by the U.S. Congress, i.e., the representatives of the people !
FISA has been called "a kangaroo court with a rubber stamp" by those alarmed with its unaccountable power.

It’s undoubtedly true and the kenyan will pull his usual “I read about it in the newspaper” routine.
Oh and that begs the question, if they had legitimate “concerns” why would they intentionally leak it to the media? They were in charge when some of these events occurred.
