"With this workload, what do these three individuals do during their other work hours?"

They get paid $500,000 per annum. They have a $1,000,000/year budget, each, for interns and clerks, and a suite of offices at some office building in Alexandria, leased from a brother-in-law by the DoJ, if you want to make an appointment.

It's the SOP for government jobs.

It's the SOP for government jobs. As for the "work" part, there is work for you and I, and there is work performed by judges hired by Clinton.
