I am very surprised he found out at all. No doubt it was linked to Wikileaks and Russia. The day after Wikileaks disclosed the hack of the DNC, Robbie Mook was blaming Russia.
If this allegation is true, I. e., the USG was tapping Trump’s phone, this is a real constitutional crisis. A FISA court had to approve it.
