But they have an anonymous former Obozo "Justice Dept" official denying that it happened, and so they are pulling out all the stops to hope there is nothing to this. Current CNN.com headline:

The real headline is “Obama silent on Trump wiretap claim.”
Or perhaps “unnamed Obama official granted more credibility by untrustworthy media than sitting president”

Well it’s true that Obama didn’t wiretap Trump Tower [personally]as in himself directy doing it. It’s the lawyerly talk going on here. They did it alright
