I hate Republicans....except for a handful who display some common sense. We need to replace so many of these cowardly SOB’s with those who will stand up for one another and expose the left’s antics for what they are instead of kowtowing to them!!!

By recusing himself from any potential investigations of the 2016 election, Sessions has immediately taken himself out of the story.
This tells me that there aren't going to be any investigations at all.
My rationale is that if Sessions would have been under endless scrutiny and pressure to explain why there aren't any investigations ... and this idiocy would have gone on indefinitely. By recusing himself, he wipes his hands clean of the whole non-story forever.

And Judge Napolitano convicted Sessions of "misleading Congress" shortly after the announcement. Sessions is done.
Fox played the ENTIRE from the beginning interrogation of Sessions by Al Franken and it is eye opening. First, he embarrassingly opened citing an article by CNN, qualifies it with i don’t know if it is true, so don’t feel bad if you haven’t heard about it........then tells him of the BUZZfeed compromising information on TRUMP and Russia. It was Frankens lead-in to ask Sessions if it is found to be true, blah, blah.
It was a compete setup, Sessions or anyone else would have thought Franken was talking only about the Trump surrogates involved in the campaign and sharing info with Russians.
Sessions is right to recuse.
But whoever leads the ridiculous Russia / elections investigation should NOT be any Obama holdover.
By the way, Trump will stand by Sessions.
If Trump throws the bus onto Sessions, he will be substantively finished as POTUS.
