Sessions can't resign because he's not the U.S. Attorney General. I know he's not the attorney general because Hillary Clinton won the election after all the recounts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Or maybe Barack Obama is still the president because he declared martial law and canceled the 2016 election so he could remain in office.
